a. 100% full payment for sample orders: 

We will send you a PI with all the details of your requirements, once you confirm and pay full payment for it, we will start sampling production. 

For the sample which is on stock, we can ship it right after the payment.

b. 30%T/T for mass order :

When PI is confirmed by both of us, please pay 30% deposit for starting the production, and make the balance payment before shipping. We are glad to send you photos of products  before you pay the balance.

2. What the MOQ of our products?
We offer many options of jewelry,they have different MOQ:
Tungsten/Ceramic/Cobalt/925 Silver Ring : 10pcs-20 per size per model
Titanium/Stainless Steel : 20-30pcs per size per model

Stainless steel cuff links: 100pairs per style
Stainless steel tie bars/money clips: 100pcs per style
Leather bracelets: 100pcs per style

3. What is the payment term and payment methods?
a. Need full payment for sample orders before sampling production
b. Offer 30%T/T for regular order.30% deposit is needed before production, and 70% balance before shipment
c. Accept payment by PayPal, West Union, Telegraph Transfer(Wire Transfer) and Alibaba Trade Assurance.

4. How long do you need for production? Or what's your production lead time?
a. Sample production usually needs 5-10 business days;
b. Regular order production needs about 20-30 business days.It depends on the complexity of the styles.

5. How to ship the products?
Shippping by DHL/UPS/Fedex/EMS/TNT, we have our shipping agent, good price and fast shipment.

6. How much for shipping fee?
The Shipping fee would be different depending on weight or volume of the package.
Different order quantity, the shipping fee will be different accordingly.
