Q:Do you accept OEM or ODM service?

A: Yes, we do OEM and ODM. We are very experienced in developing formulations from scratch for the clients and have been working with many well-known branded clients such as Mark & Spencer, Sephora, and Ted Baker etc.

Q:How about the delivery time ?

A:For samples: 7~10 days. For mass production, if the clients provide packaging and we produce the formulation only, lead time will be 1-3 months.If we provide packaging and produce the formulation, lead time will be 3-6 months.

Q: What is the warranty?

A: Every formulation has passed our stability test, its warranty is 3 years.

Q: How can you control the quality ?

A: QC department is very professional, also, the QC system is advanced and comprehensive. From formulation testing, raw materials and packaging control, line production, every detail will be precisely inspected by them.
