About sample:
1. For the existing samples we have stock, we could provide free samples, but the freight charge need to be paid by customers.
2. If you need samples of your own design or custom logo, you will have to pay the mould charge (set up charge).
3. We will start to prepare samples for you as soon as we confirm the payment. Your full address (including receiver's full name, phone number, zip code, city and country) should be well declared.
4. If you do not have a DHL, FEDEX, TNT or UPS ACCOUNT for the freight collection, we also accept transfer throught Paypal.
About production:
1. After sample approved, clients pay 30% of full invoice as deposit, then we start production.
2. We send photos or issue mass production samples to clinets for inspection after production finished. Clients inspects goods in factory or third party inspection are all acceptable.
3.We arrange shipping as clients' request after payment of balance.
FG: we are true factory since 2008.
Q3: How to make my products?
FG: our clients send us the design/ a simple draft/ some pictures of products, and then we can make artwork For Free, and the make the samples for approval.
FG: yes, we could offer the available sample for free, and our client will pay the freight cost.
FG: it is according to order qty, usually 15-30 days.
Q7: What is your terms of payment ?
FG: For samples, 100% in advance. For orders, 30% T/T in advance, balance 70% before shipment.
