1. WHAT IS YOUR MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 3000pcs. But we accept lower Quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need. We will calculate the cost correspondingly. hoping you can place large orders after checking Quality of our products and know our service.
2. CAN I GET SAMPLES?
Sure, We usually provide existing sample for Free charge. And a little sample charge for custom sample request. Samples charge can be refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by fedex,UPS,TNT or DHL. if you have carrier account. It will be fine to ship with your account. If not, you can pay the freight cost to us and we will ship your sample by our acount. it takes about 2-7days to reach.
3. HOW LONG IS THE SAMPLE LEAD TIME?
For Existing samples, It takes 2-3days and they are free for existing sample. if you want your own design, it takes 5-7days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing, ETC.
4. HOW LONG IS THE PRODUCTION LEAD TIME?
It takes 30days for MOQ, we have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5. WHAT FORMAT OF THE FILE DO YOU NEED IF I WANT MY OWN DESIGN?
We have our own designer in house, for your logo or new design, normally need AI or PSD file. if your logo is font only and easy to draw, you can only provide JPG, AL, CDR or PDF file etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or screen printing for your final confirmation based on technique.
6. HOW MANY COLORS ARE AVAILABLE?
we normally match colors with pantone matching system. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
