1. Q: Can I get free samples for test from your company?

A: We welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. But all

customers shall pay the sample fee and shipping cost, when you place an order, sample fee will

return to you.

2.Q: What is the MOQ of your products? 
A: The MOQ of our products is 100 pcs for one model one size, which can be negotiated and flexible.

1pc for sample checking is available.

3..Q:We'd like to print our Logo on the product. Can you make it? 

A: Yes. We provide OEM&ODM services which including logo printing, gift box and carton design.

But need to reach our MOQ first.

 4.Q:Are you a factory or trading company?

A:We’re a factory to mainly induction cooker home appliances more than 3 years.

 5.   Q:Do You have the ability to do independentresearchand development?

A:We have Research and Development, Design, Production plus Sales and Service Departments

all of which support the company's specialized commercial induction cooker manufacturing division.

 6.Q: I'd like to know your Payment terms. 
A: T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight or Alibaba trade assurance.

 7.Q:How about the Delivery time? 

A:Sample with standard requirement needs 3-5 days, mass production delivery time needs

25-35 Working days after the receipt of deposit and confirmation on all designs based of

normal condition.

 8.Q.How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: Mass production products usually ship by ocean,  takes 25-45 days to arrive the port.

Small amount products ship by express like DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5

days to arrive. Airline is also optional.

 9.Q:How is the after-sales service?

A: We rarely get compliant and after-sales problem from our partner. If there are any tiny

problems, our professional engineer team will offer professional solution to ease this problem

 in time. If this guidance cannot ease the problem, surely, we will offer very sound exchange

goods and return goods policy.

 10.Q: How about warranty?
A: All the appliances will enjoy at least1-2 years warranty; we will extend warranty according

to customers' different needs.
