Q : Can your products’ label, packaging, design be customized?
A : Whilst we have an extensive range of product in our catalogue we appreciate that every customer is unique.
In being unique, every customer knows their market and we understand that they may want to have a customised
product. We welcome the customer to sit down with us face to face, or if not possible certainly on a conference call
to talk through their requirements.
Q : What is your monthly production capacity?
A : Our factory production floor is 3000sqm. We have the capability of producing 7 x 40’ containers a month,
equivalent to 7K tents, this number depends on the product mix.
Q : What is your minimum order quantity?
A : The MOQ depends on the particular model and the price, what is typical:-
i) Low cost smaller models QTY100 BUDget
ii) Mid range larger models QTY50 GrowTNT
iii) High end QTY5-25 growTHCompany
Q : Can I get a sample for quality check?
A : You can get a sample to check the product quality, however we appreciate that anyone can provide a sample
that is perfect. The success of your business will be determined by the ongoing quality of the product and not just
one sample. We actively encourage you to visit the facility to witness for yourself.
Q : Can I have a sample?
A : We can send a sample in 3-5 days. For customised sample, this will be 15-20 days. We charge for samples and
the cost will be refunded on placement of your first order.
Q : How can you guarantee the quality?
A : Our Quality is assured, however we offer a 12 month warranty on the sale of our goods in case we have an
escapee from our process. Our defect rate is <0.2%. If in the unlikely event a failure is to occur, we will issue you
with an RMA and we will either deduct from your follow on order or we can send out replacement parts.
Q : What are your terms of payment?
A : Our payment terms are T/T 30% on placement of order 70% before ex works delivery. Once we have developed
a relationship, then let’s discuss.
Q : What happens if parts are missing?
A : We normally offer spare parts kits that our distributors, or retailers will hold. Should the end customer find that
there is a part missing, this allows you to quickly resolve what might otherwise be a returns issue.
Q : What is the pack condition?
A : Our products are packed in vanilla brown box packaging. We normally ship in 20’ or 40’ FCL, as this is the most
cost effective, however we can ship LCL. The individual product dimensions allow the product to be palletised in
required. We would expect a packing efficiency for:-
i) No pallet 92%
ii) Pallet 85%
