How to apply the transfer. Household iron or commercial heat press:

1. Preheat garment 5-10 seconds
2. Temp: 320ºF-350ºF
3. Press Time: 15 seconds
4. Pressure:  Medium 30-40lbs
5. Peel off backing after cold

5. Peel off backing when hot

3. Press Time: 4-6 seconds
4. Pressure: Medium 30-40lbs
5. Peel off backing when warm

Works best on clothing made with:

• Lycra/Spandex
• Uncoated Nylon/ Polyester
• Cotton Blend
• Used on heat sensitive garment.
• It has good stretch qualities and a soft feel
