Q: Can we get some samples?
A: Yes,you can get available samples in our stock. But freight charge.
Q: How and how long can I get the samples?
A: The samples time is about 4-6 days. Moreover, it will take about 4-7 days to arrive to your door.
Q: Do you accept custom order?
A: OEM service available and custom designs are welcome.
Q: Can you help with the design?
A: Yes,we have professional designers to help with simple information such as LOGO and some images.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: It depends on the products.Normally one week after confirmed the design file and remittance.
Q: What’s the trade and payment terms?
A: 30% or 50% deposit before producing,then 70% or 50% balance before delivery. We accept T/T, Paypal, West Union etc.
Q: What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?
A: DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 3 to 5 workdays of express delivery. 10 to 30 workdays by sea.
Q: Can we get some free samples? Any charges?
A: Yes, you can get available samples in our stock. We can send to you free by post, but it may take 25-30 days. If you don't want wait so long and want us ship by express, you need pay the express cost to us (3-5 days), it may take 30-60USD and you can use PayPal to transfer us.
