Q1: What kind of format is available for printing?

-The popular ones: PDF, AI

-Bleed size: 2mm.

-Resolution: no less than 300DPI and the higher, the better.

Q2: Can I put my company name / logo on the products?

Of course, just freely to send us your logo or relative file in AI/PDF

Q3: How about the sample lead time and mass production time?

Generally, sample can be finished in 3-7 days after all detailed information confirmed by both sides. For mass production, it depends on the complexity of products and quantity, usually 12-20days after PPS approved and deposit received.

Q4: What’s your product range?

 Adhesive labels, paper boxes, paper bags, paper cards,  leaflets and catalogs, etc.

Q5: What information should I inform you if I want to get an accurate quotation for custom paper bag?

Art Files

Xiamen G Print I/E Co., Ltd.  does not alter art files in any way. It is your responsibility to make sure the files are 100% correct. Xiamen G Print I/E Co., Ltd. is not liable for errors in a final product caused by misspelling, low resolution images, wrong size, wrong color profile, bleeds, damaged fonts, misplaced crop marks, overprints, incorrect plugins effects, incorrect or missing folds. If you need your job to be printed in a specific orientation (head to head, head to foot or horizontalvertical, etc.) please specified, otherwise,  Xiamen G Print I/E Co., Ltd.  reserve the right to process your order under our discretion. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform with our requirements, your printing turnaround time will be reset and it will be counting up to 48 hours after the problem has been solved.

UV Coating / Film Lamination

Application of UV Coating may effect or change the appearance of the printed colors. Xiamen G Print I/E Co.,Ltd. is not liable for the final color appearance of a UV product/s. We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. Under no circumstances will a reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process. Xiamen G Print I/E Co.,Ltd. is not liable for color matching from laser or any other outputs provided by customer.

Color

If your job is color critical, you MUST ORDER A COLOR PROOF at the time of your order. If a color proof is not ordered we are not responsible for any color variations from your monitor to our presses. We cannot stress this enough, color variations will occur, if you need to attain perfect color on your job it can only be acheived by a color proof. Meanwhile, if you choose Gang Run Printing, you should know that Gang Run printing is the process of creating printed pieces at substantially discounted prices. One of the pitfalls of Gang-Run printing is that we reliquish the control of individual piece color to compensate for the entire run. This does not mean your colors will be drastically different, but that in regards to Gang-Run printing- the industry standard practice is to accept a overall pleasing color, which is 95%-100% accurate to the image.Because of limitations with the Gang-Run printing process, the differences in equipment, paper, and neighboring image ink requirements- the accuracy of color reproduction is not guaranteed. By placing an order with us you agree to this limitation. We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. Under no circumstances will a reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process. The exception to this condition is when a job is placed on an entire run, which provides full control of the color matching process. If your job can be placed on its own run, we can pull a color specific proof which our pressman will match.

All orders must be prepaid due to the speed of our turnaround.

Right To Refuse

Xiamen G Print Import & Export Co., Ltd.  reserves the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to print anything it deems improper or known to be illegal. We are not liable for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or slogans. The client guarantees the legal title of all matter submitted to Xiamen G Print Import & Export Co., Ltd. for printing and/or publication.  Xiamen G Print Import & Export Co., Ltd.  reserves the right to refuse service or products to any person, company or organization.

Accuracy of Quotes

Quotations are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided. Xiamen G Print Import & Export Co., Ltd. can requote a job at the time of submission if the art does not conform to the information on which the original estimate was based. Order placed with Xiamen G Print Import & Export Co., Ltd. are to the client knowledge correct, and there are no conditions or agreements relating to the order which are not written or accompanying said order.

Electronic Manuscripts/Images

It is the client responsibility to maintain a copy of the original computer files and artwork.  Xiamen G Print Import & Export Co., Ltd.  is not responsible for accidental loss or damage to media supplied by the client or for errors on supplied artwork furnished by the client. Xiamen G Print Import & Export Co., Ltd. does not archive your work for longer than it takes to produce the final product.  Please save your work.

On-Time Guarantee 

We realize that timeliness is an equally critical component to the quality of printing and customer service that we provide. We take great pride in the manner in which we produce every job - right down to the final delivery. When we give you a date that we will ship or mail your job, consider it done. If for any reason, other than an act of God or major equipment failure, we don't ship it when we say, we will not only absorb the shipping cost, you won't pay a dime for the job. You can rest assured that we have never had to pay for a job yet.

Claims

Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client no later than 5 business days after delivery. If no such claim is made, Xiamen G Print Import & Export Co., Ltd. and the client will understand that the job has been accepted and any claim will be denied. By accepting the job, the client acknowledges that Xiamen G Print Import & Export Co., Ltd.  performance has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.

Customer orders have no resale value. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If there is an error that is verifiably due to Xiamen G Print Import & Export Co., Ltd. , we will reprint the order at our cost 100% and match your selected shipping method. We will not upgrade the shipping method at no charge. If the customer is at fault, they will, like Xiamen G Print Import & Export Co., Ltd., take 100% responsibility. When an orders is eligible for replacement, customer must return 100% of the received product (on their own expense) within 15 business days from the time when the ordered product delivery was taken. Please send a copy of your invoice with your returned job.

Very important, do NOT send us the order back unless we have verified and confirmed an error on Xiamen G Print Import & Export Co., Ltd.  side. If you do send it without verification or without invoice/order information the job will be discarded and the charge will remain.

Changes To Our Policy

Xiamen G Print Import & Export Co., Ltd. may change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy at any time, and any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted unless we tell you otherwise. This policy was last revised on March 30th, 2016.

Will I always receive the exact quantity I ordered?

Unfortunately, the minimums for each product are fixed as shown on the website. In most cases, 1000 is the lowest quantity that we offer. But please shop around as we offer 1000 pieces for less than many other online printers charge for 100 or even 250 pieces.
