1. Can we get some samples? Any charges?
Yes, we can offer the available samples we printed for free. You just bear the freight cost.
2. How can we get a quote?
Please offer the specifications (quantity, size, printing color, finishing, binding, packaging requirement, etc.) If you have special requirements, kindly contact us. We will quote the costs within 24 hours.
3. Can I get a sample proof before bulk production?
Yes. The normal procedure is that we will make a pre-production sample proof for your quality evaluation, the mass production will start after we have received your confirmation on the sample proof.
4. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we are a professional factory specializing in printing industrial over 10 years.
5. How many days will samples be ready? And how about cargo’s delivery time?
-Generally 3-7 work days for samples ready.
-Within 8-25 work days after having got your deposit and sample confirmed, depending on the quantity and the printing process.
6. How long can I get this sample?
After receiving the sample charge and all the material & design being confirmed, the sample time is 3-5 days and Express delivery usually takes around 3-5 day.
7. What kind of files do you accept for printing?
AI, PSD, CDR, PDF etc., In design file with at least 300 dpi resolution. Remember the bleed area please.
8. Do you check the finished products?
Yes, Each step of production and finished products will be inspected by QC department before shipping. We have SOP for mass production.
