FAQ
1. MOQ:
MOQ for each product is 500-1000. The unit price of the product will be increased when the customer demand is less than our MOQ. The accurate price is subject to the product after communication with our company.
2. Price:
When it is your own product, it's better to provide the following things to us, such as the product size, material requirements, order quantity, trade term... We can have a more accurate price once got your samples. The final price is subject to the confirmed sample and other details.

3. Sampling:
Different quality levels of the fabric can be selected to meet your project budget.
20 years experience engineers make the bags according to the actual samples or drawings or vedio/images.
Regular color of fabrics are available from stock, and special colors need to be customized.
The normal lead time is 5-7 days.
Extra logo charge when you want your LOGO on the sample.
The sample fee is refundable after the order is placed.
4. Contract:
Both parties confirm the style, quantity, unit price, color, material, LOGO, pre-production sample and delivery time of the ordered product, and then sign the purchase and sale contract. All matters are subject to the contract stipulations.
5. Bulk Order Production Time:
Generally, the production time is 25-30 days based on stock fabrics. If the delivery time is urgent, the production can be arranged priority according to the order situation of our factories. We will try to deliver as early as we can. For special materials, accessories and colors, it would takes 10-20 days to purchase.
6. Packaging/Packing:
Fill a single product into a clear plastic bag, and then put several pieces into the carton.
Triple wall corrugated master carton protect the goods during transportation.
It can also be packed according to the requirements of customers.
7. Payment Term:
30% of the payment as deposit, 70% of the balance payment after inspected and before delivery.
We accept T/T, Trade Assurance, L/C, PayPal and Western Union Escrow...
8. Delivery:
Express: By DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, Airmax...;
DDP: By air, by sea and/or by train;
