Construction Guide
According to the designed slot size, pre-adjusted the depth of slotting machine, start the slotting operation.
Use an air compressor or a knapsack blower to thoroughly clean the debris in the crack and dust at least within the 10cm range.
Working temperature is better at 7℃-18℃, if working below 4℃, it will affect the sealant adhension. Heating the sealant to 180℃, evenly pour the sealant into the slot with a pressure nozzle with a scraper on the filling machine, and the sealant is dragged into a

2. What is the dosage?
The dosage depends on the crack width and depth, we generally repair crack that width is 0.5-2cm, depth is 1-3cm. If width is 0.5cm, 1 ton sealant can repair 3000-4000 m cracks.
3. How long to accept traffic.
Generally 15-30 minutes.
4. How to get the sample?
