9HWP type horizontal mixer is used to mix a variety of dry powder as proportion, and it can also be used in small and medium sized farms with feed unit. This machine compose of machine shell, rotor, transmission parts and shedding mechanism and other components. This machine has many features, such as simple and reasonable structure, easy maintenance, safe and reliable, high mixing evenness, short mixing time, small residue.

Technological process:
1. Put the corn after artificial weighing into the pit, and then poured auxiliary materials (soybean and fish meal) with additives after artificial weighing into the mixer auxiliary hopper.
2. Starting the grinder after switching on the mixer, you can make the auxiliary material additives and crushed corn mixed at the same time in this way. Turn off the grinder after 2 minutes when grinder sucked up corn in the pit totally, then run the mixer 2-3minutes, at last, you can discharge the material.
