1.Q:What payment terms you accept, and usually do?
A:We usually accept and do TT payments, 30% deposit in advance, andthe balance against the copy of BL. We also accept LC payment.
2. Q:Will you pack the goods with assembly instruction? because we don't know how to assemble them.
A:Yes, we put the assembly instruction into the package. If you still don't know how to assemble, you may consult us.
3. Q:What's your MOQ, and do the price related to the quantity?
A:For long term cooperative customers, no limited on MOQ.
4. Q:If we want sample, how much do we need to pay?
A:For sample,we usually charge 3 times price,and the transport fee shoulf be paid by buyer, but don't worry,we will return the price for sample when buyer place order.
5. Q:If we just want a trial order, not a full container, how to ship them, and what's the price?
A:If an order not a full container, then goods need to be shipped LCL, If you don't know to deal, we can quote you CIF price, and ship the goods to the designated port,You can delivery goods at the designated port.
