1. Description
Vitamin A palmitate ophthalmic gel (Ziyang) is widely used clinically. As far as its experience is concerned, it is mainly aimed at repairing the function of goblet cells and reversing keratinization. Conjunctival goblet cells are an important part of the Chemicalbook of the conjunctival epithelium. Their main function is to secrete mucin, protect and lubricate the ocular surface. Conjunctival inflammation caused by allergic conjunctivitis, Sjogren’s syndrome, burns, etc., can damage goblet cells and cause abnormalities in the mucin layer.
