(1) How long is the customized sample lead time?
A: It takes 2-3 days to make the formula sample. The package sample depends on actual requirement and production situation.
(2) How long is the bulk order lead time?
A: For regular order, it takes about 25-30 days normally. It also depends on actual order situation.
(3) Do you charge the sample cost?
A: It is for free to make material sample. The cost of package sample will be charged. Freight cost is at client's side.
(4) What about the payment term for bulk order?
A: Normally we accept 30% TT deposit before bulk order and 70% balance before shipment. Other terms can be negotiated.
(5) How to pay sample cost and bulk order payment?
A: For sample cost, clients can pay through Paypal, Western Union, TT, Credit Insurance on alibaba. For bulk order, clients can pay by TT bank transfer, L/C at sight.
