They have uniform thickness throughout.Durable folded edges provide strength at critical locations on the fill. The fills are easy to glue at site thus saving on transportation costs.
Fill block size can be customized according to clients' request. This cross fluted Water Cooling Tower Infill PP PVC Fill Sheet Cooling Tower Fill is designed for counter flow tower.The sheet thickness could be customized from 0.25mm to 0.4mm.The length and width can be customized. Modules are fabricated in 12" and 24" depths, 12" to 24" widths, and in lengths up to 12'-0". Sheet spacing is 0.75" (19mm). Heat-transfer area (wetted surface) is 48 ft2 per ft3. Standard PVC sheet mil thicknesses are 10 and 15 mil (after forming). Weight per cubic foot is approximately 1.8 lb/ft3 for 10-mil and approximately 2.6 lb/ft3 for 15-mil. Custom dimension modules and mil thicknesses are available upon request.
