Corrosion Resistance Titanium Reaction Vessel for Petrochemical Industry
Titanium reactor is a chemical reaction vessel equipment. Effective in dispersing, mixing, dissolving, emulsifying and homogenizing media. It’s corrosion resistance character and able to work under vacuum or pressure situation are much better than other types of reaction equipment.

Characteristics of the titanium reactor:
A. Corrosion resistance. Titanium is kind of an active element, and it’s easy to form passivation, the passivation layer which is formed on the surface of the equipment
provides protection function. So it can feectively prevent the corrosion of some corrosive materials.
B. High strength, excellent heat resistance and good fracture toughness. It can stand both high temperature and low temperature in strong acid or alkalinity condition. Thus the Titanium Reactor has longer usage life, and spends less in maintenance.
C. Energy saving and no environmental pollution.
Applications:
For it’s super excellent characteristics, titanium reaction has wide range of applications. It is widely used in petrochemical, aerospace, Plastic and rubber, pesticide, vulcanization, textile printing and dyeing, medicine, and food industry.
Packing & Delivery
1- For equipment, heat exchangers, vessels, due to its large dimension and volumn, we packed it with colored woven plastics bags, then with make steel pallet on the bottom to keep it steady.
2- For certain equipments, as delivery request, we will make steel frame to pretent it from damage.
3- For parts of heat exchangers, like coil tube, elbow and other pipe fittings, we will pack with carton case or plywood case.
