At Entofoods we create insect based mexican snacks. We use certified chapulin (Sphenarium purpurascens) and cricket (Acheta doemsticus) flour mixed with corn, amaranth and spices to create unique flavors. Our snacks are oven baked tortilla chips ideal to create dishes or use as garnish. Our chips are high in protein, high in prebiotic fiber and oil free. Edible insects besides being healthy are a sustainable source of protein.
