Tortilla machine is suitable for making cron flour tortilla,for the shape and size we can customized for customers' demand.The machine have two groups of rollers to press the big corn dough into smooth sheet with appropriate thickness then the sheet cut by forming mold roller into ideal size tortilla.With the rotation of rollers, leftover dough and pieces of sheet are automatically recycled and reused. no waste.
1. The machine is for making corn tortillas. The raw material is corn flour, can't use wheat flour.
2. The tortilla thickness and belt working speed is adjustable,Tortilla thickness can be adjusted from 1.5-5mm.
3. This machine have two moulding rollers to press tortillas' shape formed.
4. Tortilla diameter and voltage is customized according to the customers' requirement.
5. This machine is table type with small dimension, which is light and move easily.
6. Machine can make different size tortilla by changing moulds. We can provide extra customized moulds and will provide video about how to exchange moulds. It's easy to operate.
7. Roller material is no stick type.
