1. Are you a trading company or factory?
We are factories and we have 8 factories in total, one in DongGuan, China , others in Vietnam and the other in Cambodia.
2. Can you customize products?
Yes,we welcome OEM and ODM at any time.
3. Can you provide sample?
Yes, we can provide sample at customers’ cost, but we will return back the sample fee to customer once we get the order.
4. How about payment terms?
1. 30% deposit T/T, with balance against B/L.

5. When do you deliver after an order is placed?
About 30-45 days.It depends on the quantity ordered,pls contact us for the details.
6. How do you solve if the products have quality problems?
