Will the delivery be tried again if I'm not able to collect my order the first time?
Couriers make sure that the delivery is re-attempted if you can't collect your order the first time, but on chargeable basis. For Indian customer re-attempt can be tried free of cost once if possible depend on location.

What should I do if my order is approved but hasn't been shipped yet?
