B=belt width.
b1 = length of platen along the belt.
L1= width of platen across the belt on the bias.
L = right angle dimension across the belt, plus edge overlap.
The proper model selection for a sectional vulcanizier depends on determining dimensions b1and L1(see diagram above)
b1- the platen length(b1) is calculated by adding to the belt manufacturer's recommended splice length.

L1- the platen width(L1) which includes the bias angle, it determined by adding to the belt width

3.Hot plate shape: rectangular or parallelogram.
4.Voltage: 220 v, 380 v, 660v, 1140 or as CUSTOMIZED.
5.According to the configuration can be divided into fast water-cooled and natural cooling type.
6.Heating:electric heating type.
7.Pressurized: hydraulic type.
8.Equipped with digital temperature control system, curing temperature adjustable 0-199 °C.
9.Heating time(room temperature raise to 145°C)≤20mins.
10.Cooling Time:about 5mins.
11. Vulcanization pressure can be set to≤2MPa;
12. Automatic control of temperature rise, heat preservation and temperature limit protection.
