Purpose
Simulated moving bed (SMB) is a kind of modern separating equipment. It can separate many substances which are difficult to be separated by ordinary methods efficiently and cheaply by combining with suitable adsorbents. So it has been used in chemical industry, food industry, medicine and other industries since its appearance in the 1960s.
Function
The basic function of the simulated moving bed is to industrializing and continuously separating the chromatograph. Chromatographic separation is the use of a certain adsorbent on the substrate adsorption performance differences, through the adsorption-desorption process, so that the properties of several substances are very similar to the separation. The technology of chromatograph separation can directly produce economic benefits, and realize the industrialization and continuous production of the product.
Characteristic
SMB-K80B Simulated Moving Bed Chromatography System is composed of a multi-pass rotating distribution valve and eight chromatographic separation columns. It has the following characteristics:
1. the whole system is integrated with mechanical and electrical equipment to start quickly and conveniently.
Twenty-eight chromatographic column temperatures were heated by the resistance wire hot blower air column temperature box, and the heating mode was centralized to control the heating quickly and evenly.
3 the setting of working parameters is input through PLC touch screen button, which is easy to operate and intuitive to display.
4 stable working pressure and flow control.
5 according to the technical requirements, the inlet and outlet can be changed at will.
