This Continuous Rotary Biomass Powder Carbonization Stove is our plant's  latest model .With a full-automatic operation,it can save a great deal of time,labor and cost.It is practical and very convenient ,equipped with Auto-feeding Conveyor,Biomass Gasifier equipment, Dust-Removal Device,Gas cleaner system, PLC touchscreen manual automatic dual-use electric control cabinet, Cooling and Discharging Conveyor,Carbonization furnace and other important devices. Only use natural gas or other fuel to warm upthe stove for 40 minutes, then the machine can continuous work for 24 hours.The gas produced during warming up  can be recycled ,that's why only warm up 40 mins,the machine can work all day .

Name:Dust-Removal Device,Gas cleaner system

This part is the dust-removal device and gas cleaner systerm,  and  make the smoke produced by stove  reused.
There are three cylinders equipments,the first one is dust-removal device,the last  two is gas cleaner system.

Name: Firn-jet head.

This part is  to burn the carbonization stove for carbonizing the raw materials.
There are 14 (there are 7 on each side)firn-jet heads in order  that the stove will preheat faster.

Name:Gas stove

This part is  to burn coal or gas to produce the heat for preheat the carbonizing stove.
These bricks in this stove are all fireproof,so it is not necessary to worry about it being damaged.

Name: Voltage stabiliz

This part is to keep pressure stable.When natural gas is burned, the pressure of each firn-jet head is stable, and the intensity of each flame is consistent.

Name: Control cabinet

This is a fully automatic control cabinet, control the whole operation of the machine.

Name:Cooling device

This part is  to cool carbonized materials ,avoid the carbonizing raw materials hurt people.

This part is to balance the heated carbonized raw materials,make them carbonized evenly.

4.The features of Continuous Rotary Biomass Powder Carbonization Stove

1).The temperature of the stove can be as high as  700 degree,hence it has a high carbon content,is up to 92 percent.

2).Because the temperature is very high ,so it has a excellent  carbonation effect and high efficiency.

3).The smoke it pruduced can be recycled,hence it is energy-saving and emission reduction,environment-friendly.

4).With a full-automatic operation,it can economize lots of time,labor and cost.

5).By a circulatory system, it can work all day (24 h).

Generally speaking,almost all kinds of raw materials are appropriate  for this stove,such as, biomass powder ,bamboo charcoal,coconut shell,sawdust,wood,rice husk,tree bark,bullen,palm shell,etc.However,there is a little limitation.That is if the diameter of the raw materials is too large, they need be shredded.Here cutting machine will be used to shred  them into small pieces. Of course,we sell various types of cutting machines as well.
