I. Product brief introduction

The series of pit type annealing furnace we produce has a unique design, the use of advance technology. Its main characteristic of appearance design is into a round shape, which is beautiful and easy to operate.

Furnace shell is welding by steel plate, and the furnace lining is full of high quality aluminum silicate refractory acupuncture blankets, which is compress by mold, paste on the furnace wall, to be the heat insulation material between furnace chamber, furnace lining and furnace shell.

Electrical heating element adopts 0Cr25Al5, which is from famous China brand, install on the furnace chamber, and fixed by high aluminum refractory bolt. The temperature control divided into upper and lower two area. Furnace bottom adopt high strength light weight and high alumina brick castable refractory.

Furnace chamber have a good temperature uniformity, temperature toleration ± 5 ℃. Furnace cover is steel structure, equipped with furnace lining inside, and adopts the same high quality refractory acupuncture blankets. Furnace cover also equipped with flying rings, which is easy to operate.

This furnace adopts the whole fiber structure, and heat capacity is small, which has a small heat loss feature, fast heating and cooling, heat insulation performance is good, greatly improving the thermal efficiency of furnace and production capacity, reduce electric energy consumption, long service life, convenient maintenance, etc.

The furnace tank is made by 321 stainless steel, thickness 8 mm, and the bottom of the furnace adopt round bottom head, which thickness is 10 mm, there is no oxidation corrosion and heat resistance is 1100 ℃.

The cabinet adopts silicon controlled, smart meter reading operation display setting, and equip with over temperature alarm device.
