PGKS horizontal siphon scraper centrifuge is a kind of siphon scraper discharging centirfuge designed on the basis of PGK horizontal scraper discharging centrifuge. PGKS centrifuge is an automatic centrifuge with intermittent feeding and filtered scraper discharging. Except centrifugal force, siphon centrifuge also has a kind of siphon draught force similar to vacuum pipe. Compared with common scraper discharging centrifuge, PGKS centrifuge owns higher production capacity and separating washing effect. The machine is controlled by PLC and regulates speed by frequency convertorm and braking system applies both dynamic braking and regenerative braking. According to the predetermined procedures, such as feeding, separating, washing, discharging and mesh washing are all under according speed(or full speed).
PGKS horizontal scraper discharging centrifuge separates solid-liquid mixture with fine and medium partical and is especially suitable for the dehydrating and washing of the small solid phase granularity and which is hard to be separated.(e.g.starch and calcium phosphate etc). The cetrifuge can highly improve the separation of sodum bicarbonate.
1)This centrifuge has higher production capacity than common scraper centrifuge and the moisture content of filter cake is lower.
2)Material for the components touching the products and the mother liquid can be chose and supplied by the customers according to the erosion of the products. Manufacturers should assist customers to make reasonable choices. Final decision is subject to the attachment of the contract. Commonly the material can be 0Cr19Ni9,321,316L,TA2,C276 and duplex steel.
3)The adoption of PLC and speed regulation by frequency convertor makes the stepless speed regualtion and braking of the machine possible. The operations of the machine are totally automatically.
4)Several interlock control devices highly improve the security of the machine.
5)Floating platform and shock absorber need to be installed to the bottom of the centrifuge to reduce damages of vibration to the plant and equipment.
