Casing pipe
The successful development of Φ2000 full rotary casing drilling rig reached the international advanced level. The technical
parameters is: casing dia.:ф1000mm-ф2000mm, rotary torque: 2600 kN-m, speed range:0.9-2.8 rpm, pull up capacity:4640 kN, pump station power:298 KW. At the construction site of a gravel layer near Beijing Cishousi City subway station, we completed three full set of casing grouting pile with the diameter Φ1200mm and length 61.7m which makes the domestic record of full rotary casing drill depth in gravel layer.

Small diameter expendable casing technology successfully applied to small diameter geological exploration bore holes which protect the wall of instability and complex segment. With the high quality of protect wall technology, after casing the borehole diameter is not reduced. Simplify drilling structures, reduce casing layer levels, save the insufficient drilling as lack of the casing layer levels, fill the gaps of small-diameter protect wall geological drilling technology. Now, the development expandable casing specifications is: Φ76mm, Φ96mm, Φ110mm (bore hole diameter) as the Φ76mm and Φ96mm two specifications have been successfully applied in Sichuan, Guangxi, Shandong and Gansu construction site, the under maximum hole depth reaches 1900 meters. Guangxi Ma’anshan Kongming silver-lead-zinc district NO. 7 surveys ZK703 can’t continue drilling due to the complex strata, with the successful use of Φ76mm expandable casing, they avoid the scrap the hole.
