Product Features:
1. It has excellent dye dispersibility, dye migration and initial slow dyeing properties.
2. With low foaming, it can prevent the fabric from causing bubbles during operation and causing floating and knotting, such as dyeing defects and dyeing. Can withstand high temperature and high pressure.
3. It can be mixed with non-ionic and anionic additives.
Instructions:
1. Dyeing process:
Dyeing by heating up (40-60℃)-high temperature insulation dyeing (130-135℃, 30-50min)-slowly cooling down (80-90℃)-draining and washing
2. Dosage of polyester or polyester-cotton Shaka:
HAc 0.2—0.5ml/L High temperature levelling agent 0.3—1.0g/L
3. Yarn dyeing dosage: high temperature levelling agent 0.1—0.5g/L
4. Dyeing dosage of knitted fabric: high temperature leveling agent 0.2—1.0g/L
Packaging and storage:
Packed in 125kg plastic drum or according to customer requirements.
Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, with a shelf life of six months at room temperature.
