Function
1. Each DMX common controller occupied 3 DMX addresses, adopt coding switch set address, it is a Binary numerical code switch which is setting DMX original address code from 1 to 9,1 is the lowest and 9 is the highest,511 address codes could be setted in all .DMX original address code equal aggregate value from 1 to 9,dial the coding switch upwards(ON is setted 1),the value of bit can be gotten, on the contrary, the value of bit is 0. For example: if you want to set 37 as the address code , you can only dial down the first ,the third and the sixth code switch value from 1 to 9 is 32+4+1 , that is ,the original address code of DMX512 is 37.
2. DMX signal can be received when coding switch FUN(10)=OFF.
3. when coding switch that FUN(10) is ON . its function is as follows:

1. The input voltage of this controller should be follow. The specifications , Other high voltage would most probably destroy it .
2. Never connect two wires directly in case of short circuit.
3. Lead wire should be connected corrctly according to colors that connecting diagram.

We are selling more to EU ,market because the markets have high quality standard for LED products. The rate stands our turnover up to 50-60%. But other new markets are increasing demand of the new LED technology. We are also optimistic about the markets Asian regions.
Q5 .What LEDs do you usually use for your LED products?
For high level products, we use Epistar LED Chip; and middle level types, we mainly use San’an LED strip to find best balance between quality and cost. Other brands of LEDs are allowed according to customer’s requirement.
Q6 .Can BTF Lighting offer OEM product?
Yes, OEM products are allowed. We have an excellent design/engineering team to offer support and we have several years experience in OEM. The strips can have different size, layout, customer logos and labels. We will strictly follow the principal that we won’t disclose or sell customer unique designs or jointly developed products to another third party.
Q7. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or EMS. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.usually we had material in stock , regular order delivery time 2-7 days after the order paid.Custom products 8--15 days.
