Working Principle:

* The valve is normally closed when the medium pressure is within set value
* When medium pressure increases, the diaphragm is pushed upwards
* Valve stem moves upwards accordingly
* Medium then flows out of the valve, make the pipeline pressure reduces
* The diaphragm is pushed back by the air pressure in upper chamber
* The diaphragm keeps moving downwards until the valve is closed
