Product Description

Principle: The machine adopt extrusion technology, movable forming.

Materials: The raw materials are fly ash, slag, creamsite, cinders,cinerite,

pumice,vermiculite and so on. You can choose some materials as per your local resources.

Producity: The production speed is 1.3-1.7 m/min , 500 Sqm per shift .

Sizes: Panel width : 600mm; Panel Thickness : 50,75,80,90,100,120mm,150mm, Max 380mm ,etc ; Panel length : cuting any lenght as your requirements

Reinforcement: Both sides of the wall panels can insert reinforcement wires, diameter of 1.5- 6mm

Concrete slab machine works on the long-line table, using the high-strength low- relaxation steel strand as the guide, using the pushing work method to firm the concrete hollow core slab.

The concrete hollow core slab mainly used on the larger bay workshop, school, hospital shopping mall, office building, bulk storage plant etc.
