The floor deck system is one of the three panel systems of the fabricated building.
It is a no-support composite floor deck slab.
Type A/type B reinforcement truss floor deck is manufactured by combine the steel bars into the steel bar truss and then weld the steel bar truss with the galvanized steel plate as one composite slab. The construction of the steel truss realized the mechanical operation,which is good for the uniformity of the steel bar arrangement, concrete cover thickness,and also improve the construction quality.
The steel bar truss floor deck can bear the operation load and be directly laid out on the beam. The concrete casting can be carried out after simple steel bar construction.
Because it can completely replace the form board without the form board installation and dismounting project,it greatly improves the construction efficiency.
It is widely used in structures and building like the multi-story plant building,multi-story ,high rise,super high rise building,various irregular building floor,concrete structure,high speed railway and so on.
