MAIN CONFIGURATIONS:
* Adopting DAHAO computerized control system, 10inches DAHAO - 367
* Main Drive: DAHAO, PANASONIC servo motors are available
* XY-direction drive: FullDAHAO servo motor drive
* Rotary hook: available in ordinary size, 1.6 times , 2 timesand 3 times
* Optionaldevice: available in single sequin and dual sequin and cording device
Functions and features:
* spangle integrates Z-shaft ( machine head and components in the rotary box ) into one whole moving unit, which realizes X-
direction’s moving
* Two rotating groups (Front and back )form the single rotation of rollers, which realizes Y-direction continual automatic
feeding. This item has already been obtained national patent
* the side-to-side movement of which Z-shaft replace the roller can reduce the inertia of lateral movement, meanwhile the pull of
roller on Y direction can decrease obviously, the embroidery’s dislocation phenomenon in the left and right direction happened
in the traditional quilting machine has been improved obviously
* Adopting high precise driving components ( linear guide rail、rolling guide screw) guarantees to reach 0.02mm of Z-shaft
kinematic accuracy , accordingly the quality and output of embroidery are improved dramatically.
