C50 Organic Waste Aerobic Compost Machine

It is a new type integrated compost machine, which function is included organic waste collection, storage, aerobic fermentation and compost, etc.This series machine is suitable for various poultry livestock farm & high environmental control urban requirement and garden waste treatment plant.Mainly to process poultry livestock excrements, food waste, fallen branches & leaves, etc.

Structure and principle:

The machine is made of main reaction vessel, feeding system, aerating system, odor centralized treatment system, discharging system, etc.
More specifically, the waste material is load in reaction vessel by feeding system, then takes a while aerobic fermentation in the microbial action through regular stirring and automatic oxygen supply control operation.
Finally, the compost material is discharged from outlet. Whole process realizes the request of waste material harmless, minimization, and resource recovery.
