Step function description of High Quality crude oil refinery plant/ Oil refining machine/edible oil refining plant:
1.Generally speaking, cooking oil refining includes four parts: degumming, deacidification, decolorization, deodorization and dewaxing. 2.Degumming and deacidification are helpful to remove the gum and acid in the crude oil. The function of decolorization is to remove the pigment in the oil. On the one hand, it makes the oil color beautiful, on the other hand, it is also good for human body. 3.Deodorization is mainly to remove the bad taste in crude oil. Dewaxing is mainly to remove wax from oil, such as sunflower oil, corn germ oil, rice bran oil, cottonseed oil and so on.
Main process of Crude Oil Refining Plant:
1. Refining section: used to de-acid de-gumming, alkali refining de-acid and water rinsing.
2. Decoloration Section: used to remove off pigments, bleaching oils and grease dehydrate.
3. Deodorization Section: to remove off the odor components in oil.
4. Dewaxing Section: used to remove off the wax in the oil, in order to get the high quality oil.
