1. Batch type refinery plant: the process to refine the oil batch by batch,suitable for small capacity like  1-30tons per 24 hrs.

A. Degumming section:

This is the most important section of de-gumming, adding the water (there is a little P-acid in water) to remove the gum.

B. Deacidification section:

Using alkali like (NaOH) to neutralize FFA in oil, during this process it will produce soapstock , then separating it from the oil.

C.Decolorization Section:

Because there is pigment in crude oil, the oil color is dark. In order to lighten oil color, we need to using the white clay to absorb the pigment away, then using vibrating filter to separate the waste clay. If you want to get light color oil, you need to add more white clay. the oil color can be controlled by clay amount.

D.Deodorization section:

General speaking , the crude oil smells not good, it will affect of oil storage and price. So we usually use the direct steam to take odors. At the meanwhile, there is about 0.5% water content in refined oil, because the high temperature in the deodorization pot, dehydration is also finished. After that, the final oil will be refined once again through safety filter.

2. Semi-continuous type refinery plant: some part is batch type oil refining, some part is full continuous oil refining , Degumming , deacidification, decolorization part is fully continuous tower.This is cost-effective and labor saving technology, suitable for medium capacity like  30- 80tons per 24 hrs.

3. Continuous type refinery plant: The whole refinery process is full continuous, no need much human operating, suitable for bigger capacity like  50-600tons per 24 hrs.

Palm Oil Fractionation
To separate solid phases (Stearine) and liquid phases (Olein), the refined palm oil should go through fractionation process. It is achieved by thermo-mechanical means.

Q1:Send me full detail about 15 ton Palm oil refinary plant with fractination. Also actual flow chart of your plant.

1: Only need the oil refinery plant & fracationnation plant? Already have oil press machine to get crude palm oil? Could you please share some pictures of the oil pressing plant for considering how to connect the two workshop for you?
2: Did you prepare the workshop for the project? If so the size is?

Q2: It's physical refinary or chemical refinary?
A:Chemical oil refinery plant. Pls inform is you need phisical oil refinery plant. But normally customer prefer to chemical type.

Q3: What is the process loss?
A:It depends on the FFA of crude oil. Could you please inform you get the crude palm oil from? How about the FFA?

Q4:What FFA we can get in final oil?
A:0.2 mgKOH/g

Q5: What kind of vaccume system,leaf filter like all detail pulse do me so it's easy to take decisions.
A:4rd water vapor series vacuum pump. It also need to be consideried combined with your requirement. You have special requirement?
Leaf filter: Use the vibrating oil filter. The leaf is stainlesss steel.
