1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer. We can control your order from the first begining to the last.
2. What’s your Minimum Order Quantity?
Normally 100m. However, the cable is very heavy. You'd better order a suitable quantity to avoid the high freight. Sea transportation is the best option.
3.When can I get the price?
We usually quote within 6 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your e-mail so that we will regard your inquiry priority.
4.How can I get a sample to check your quality? And how long can I expect to get the sample?
After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
(1). If we have inventory and total amount is small, sample is free.
(2). If we don't have inventory, sample and freight cost have to be paid by your esteemed company. But we will return the sample cost to you when we receiving your initial order.
After you pay the freight charge and send us confirmed files,the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-5 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 5-7 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
5. Does your company accept OEM production? And how to do?
Yes, We have Equipped with professional equipment, technicians & skilled employees, OEM & customized service is welcome. Drawings / samples are required.
6.What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.The best record we keep is delivering 10 kilometers cable within a week. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
