Q2: What’s your material? Why yours is better?

A2: Our materials including the Nylon 66, INK, ABS plastic cassettes. Nylon66 is made in Japan, Ink is imported from USA, our plastic cassettes is made by high level ABS plastic.
     

Q3: What about your delivery ?

A3: For small orders: 3-7 working days after receipt of payment.

      For bulk orders: 10-15 working days after receipt of deposit.

We provide air and sea transport, Express like DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx or the way you'd like.

Q4:  How is the post-sales service?

A4: When quality defeat appears in small quantity of products, customer may send pictures or scanned copies as proof, after confirmation we will send appropriate quantity of same model as replacement in ntext shipment.

For Lot-size problem, customer may send back several pcs of samples for testing, After testing and confirming the problem, we will arrange shipment for the defective cartridges and send replacements in next shipment.
