A3: Yes, if your can provide brand box to us, no problem. If your need us to design and print the box for your, then MOQ of each size is no less than 1000PCS;

A4: All Solnce products is under control of ISO9001&14001,the warranty is 18 months calculated from the date of shipment; Guarantee the defective rate of Black toner cartridge lower than 0.5%, of color lower than 2%; Here is Less than 0.2% defective for Compatible Inkjet Cartridge and Within 2% defective for Re-manufactured Inkjet Cartridge.Free replacement and refund can be offered by 1:1 for defects caused by manufacturing;All goods will be tested on production line;

A8: TT100% in advance is more agreeable: 30% prepayment after order confirmed for us to purchase raw material,70% balance before shipment after checking by customers,of course, payment term can be negotiated in any case.
LC: 100% LC at sight is also acceptable;
West union: only for trial order or small order at the beginning time;
