The term proofing is used to describe a prototype output. For commercial printers and pre-press service bureau's, this prototype output is designed to show how the final published output will look after the job is printed on press.

Commercial printers use proofs for two purposes:

·To show the print buyer how the job will look in its final form;
·To guide the commercial printers own staff as they adjust colours, edit text and or prepare printing plates for the press run.
For commercial printers and pre-press service bureau's, there are two types of proofs provided to print buyers:

·Imposition proof - to show to the customer how the print job is imposed on the printing plates and on the press should be high quality, however, colour is not important, proof is not contractual.

·Contract proofs - are the final, contractual proof to which the print buyer affixes his signature before the presses roll.

Usually, lead time of samples would be around 1-3 days after confirmation.

For minilab photo paper, sample size is 6"*100m.

For large format photo paper roll, sample size is 24"*3m.

For desktop sheets, size is A4 format.

If you are considering the high express freight, size can also be OEM.

For minilab photo paper, length can be 65m or 100m. We will put two rolls in one box.

For large format photo paper roll. one roll in one box, with caps protected. Four rolls in one carton.

For one pallet, quantity can be 60-100 rolls. According to customers' demand.

Q: Do you have the samples to provide? Is it free of charge?
A: Yes. We provide samples for free of charge, with freight collection. The samples can be both sheet size and small roll (24"x3m).

Q: How about the goods package? Is the customized OEM packing & logo accepted?
A: Usually with neutral packing. One roll per box, with pallet. Also, OEM packing is available for free. You need just inform us your logo & packing information in details. We will do it for you.

Q: How much the freight would be?
A: It depends on your area, we used TNT/FedEx/DHL for samples, sea-shipping for bulk quantity order. But cost-saving and fast efficiency can be guaranteed.

Q: Is there any discount for large quantity?
A: Yes, definitely. It will be depending upon what you ordered, and how many it is ordered. Our discount support is always open for you.

Q: What is the lead time for delivery?
A: Usually 3-7 days after payment (deposit). This time includes production time, and testing time before leaving factory.

Q: Is there any policy for the problem goods?
A: Yes, if the quality problem caused by us, please contact with our sales directly, and we will take all the cost, and replace you new one; if the product problem is caused by customers, then customers will take the costs for new one. We don't accept any unreasonable return back.
