Cold Stretch Hood Film Automatic Shrink Wrapping Machine
Through stretching the film to hood onto pallet, the film will be elastic to cover the pallet tightly closely firmly.
Features:
By using ultra-sonic sensor to measure the height of pallet stuff precisely, the system stretches the film cover to the height of packaging. After heat sealing, it cuts from the film roll. The pulling arm will stretch horizontally after heat sealing and
cutting. It moves via the trolley wheel driven by motor to covering position. During movement, the film is tightly pressed and pulled to the bottom of pallet. After covering the whole packaging, the trolley wheel coordinates with pulling arm to release the film. In this way, the film covers the whole packaging tightly.
Packaging flow process:
Forklift carries the goods to “conveyor line” – turn on equipment, check the height of the goods -- the goods goes into packaging station automatically -- do the stretch hood film covering -- the goods going out the next conveyor or back to front conveyor -- forklift carries the goods away.
