Working principle:
Core sand mixture will be in a liquid or solid thermosetting resin as binder,shoot into the core box after heating, sand core in the core box preheat ,and fast hardened to a certain thickness(about 5 ~ 10 mm) ,then take it out to form a smooth surface, and accurate size,high-quality sand core finished products.
