High automation, No need to take care

(1) In the process of machine running , Feeding speed can be adjusted automatically according to the running current of the equipment, enlarging capacity , reduce the electricity cost ,because this can avoid the equipment due to material’s too fast feeding speed caused boring machine and other issues. Especially multiple machines works together , this can save some workers who take care of electric current .

(2) During the operation of the equipment, Through the control panel and the boss phone we can clearly see the equipment running the temperature, including the roller bearings, mold, motor, gearbox and the main shaft temperature, but also clearly see the current and stability of equipment operating . Timely warning and necessarily stopping machines.

This can get a great protection of the equipment parts ,improve lifetime and reduce losses.

Independent lubrication and non-independent lubrication can be switched in two ways

(1) Roller bearings: In the whole roller life cycle, you can choose no need to fill the oil and replace the bearing way . You can also choose to control the oiling way  at any time according to the oil pressure. Both ways have advantages and disadvantages, according to the customer use the location and manner to switch them .

(2) Main shaft lubrication: we adopt the gear box oil lubrication, while reducing the temperature of main shaft and play a full lubrication.

Reducer drive strengthen

(1) The machine adopts parallel helical gear drive, good tooth fit.

(2) The gear box adopts the hardened surface helical gear, the tooth surface is widened, the modulus is increased, the gear coincidence degree is large, the load of each pair gears is reduced, and the bearing carrying capacity of the gear is improved, which is more 5-10 times than that of the traditional gearbox gear.

(3) Reducer Lubricant with bypass water cooling system to avoid oil temperature is too high, greatly enhance the internal bearing life

(4) Failure rate is lower than the traditional reducer, at least 5 years will be used to produce a failure, greatly reducing the cost of production

ROTEXMASTER  Drum Wood Chipper   If the clients raw materials are wood logs,we suggest you use wood chipper,but please kindly note it,your raw materials max diameter must be allowed by our wood chipper max diameter(from 23cm to 35cm),it grind the wood logs into wood chips(Size:30*30*10mm).
ROTEXMASTER Double-motor Hammer Mill   The hammer mill is the main machine in grinding section,  it grinds the wood chips, small wood waste, wood branches,sticks(Size:30*30*10mm) into wood sawdust (5mm-8mm),if your raw materials are EFB,coconut shell,packed straw stalk etc.,you could use the composite crusher or stump crusher to crushing your raw materials.
