Product Description
The CFBC boiler is mainly composed of four parts: furnace area, tail shaft area, cyclone separator and "U" type fuel return device. The furnace is composed of membrane walls. The bottom of the furnace is a water-cooled air chamber surrounded by membrane wall tubes, which are connected to the primary air duct through expansion joints.
A high temperature cyclone separator is arranged between the furnace and the tail shaft, and a "U" type fuel return device is arranged at the lower part.
The tail shaft is arranged in order from top to bottom with five stages economizer and two stages air preheater. The front wall of the fluidized bed is equipped with two coal seeding devices. The interface between the furnace bottom air chamber and the primary air duct can be easily installed with an oil or natural gas ignition device.
The boiler is symmetrically arranged on the left and right, and is supported on the steel frame of the boiler.

CFBC boiler characteristics--environmental protection
1. Desulfurization
1.1 The heating surface of the furnace is reasonably designed. The combustion temperature is about 865℃. Its the optimal temperature range for desulfurization and denitration. The area of the furnace, cyclone separator, superheat screen, superheater, and economizer is revised accordingly.
1.2 According to the type of coal, measures such as adding limestone powder to the furnace refeeder and desulfurization tower after the furnace are adopted to ensure that the original emissions of SO2 are below 100mg/Nm3
2. Integrated denitrification design
2.1 Design bed temperature is about 865℃
2.2 Low oxygen content design, oxygen content is controlled at 3%
2.3 Strictly graded air supply, primary air control below 50%
2.4 Ensure that the NOx emission at the furnace outlet is below 200mg/Nm3, and the minimum NOx can be below 30mg/ Nm3
2.5 The furnace outlet is equipped with SNCR equipment, which can control NOx emissions to a lower level.
Packing&Shipping
Because of its large size, CFBC boilers are shipped in bulk and assembled at the construction site.Pressure components will be hydrostatically tested in the workshop and tested again after installation on site.
