1. Structure

1000-5000 specification bed body is integral structure and 6000 specification bed body is split structure.The bed  is cast by high standard cast iron (HT300) in one time. It has the good stability after the second aging treatment. The surface of guideway width (600mm) has high rigidity and strong vibration resistance.The guideway surface is quenched by intermediate frequency(Hardness greater than 68 °Shaw), and it has been precision grinned  by imported guideway grinding machine  ensures long life, high precision and good retention.

2. Electric Turret

(1) Electric tool holder,avoid lifting , It’s quick and convenient to change knife;

(2)There are 4 -station,6 -position, 8- position, and other turret forms to choose from. Standard configuration is 4-station vertical tool holder (240 × 240 tool table, 40 × 40 with turning tool);

(3) Special optional: 6-position horizontal tool holder and 8-position horizontal tool holder.

3. Tailstock

(1) Strong structure and can withstand heavy cutting;

(2) The sleeve is hardened and precision ground;

(3) Hydraulic tailstock and pneumatic tailstock can also be provided according to user requirements (Optional)

4.Chuck

(1)The standard chuck is Φ400manual three-jaw self-centering chuck.

(2)Other manual three-jaw and four-jaw chucks (Optional) can be mentioned.

During the warranty period, because of product quality problems, the company is responsible for free maintenance, if need to change parts, we be responsible for free replacement.
If the machine problem is not belonging to our machine quality problems, when the buyer needs us send engineers to give repairing service, we charge the appropriate cost.

5.Can your company send the technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
When the machine arrive the buyer’s installation site, we timely send mechanical and electrical engineers to install according to the buyer's schedule. The seller will cooperate with the buyer to deal with visa and installation preparation before going abroad.
