Design
Customer can provide own design,we make OEM/ODM order.We also provide design service to our customer.We have experience to give different assembly solutions.
Extruded plastic sheet
We have own extruded plastic sheet machine to control the cost and quality well.Our raw material have the ROHS/TUV certification which can be used for all the industrial specially for food and medical industry.
Mold making
Our high precision mold making machine not only make sure the product size tolerance also shorten the whole production time.The mold is aluminum it can be used for vacuum forming repeatedly with very long life.
Vacuum thermoforming
We have over 10 sets vacuum thermoforming machines.The max size we do 4000mm length,2000mm width and thickness from 0.14~12mm.All various of plastic can be used for vacuum forming.
CNC cutting
Automatic High precision 5 Axis CNC Machine is suitable for all products in all shapes.Accurate trimming and drilling have reached the maximum 0.1mm.
Assembly
We provide assembly such as silk screen printing,painting,gluing etc.We have separated assembly work shop to satisfy our customer whole order assembly requirements.

A:We are vacuum forming,thermoforming factory but we also have other technology for other process injection molding and extruded plastic products.
Q:Should I must have one designer and which format of drawing works?
A:Better customer provide drawing by IGS or STEP format.But we also have own designer can provide designing service.
