Title: ISO7/8 PCR Cleanroom...
PCR is a chemical reaction designed to detect and identify trace bits of DNA, from specific v irus or bacteria to study the organism or diagnose an infection.
One of the great advantages of PCR is its exquisite sensitivity. Starting with small fragments of nucleic acid, more than 10 million copies of RNA or DNA molecules can be synthesized from a few copies of target sequence after only 32 cycles of amplification. The sensitive nature of PCR allows medical worker to extract and amplify DNA from raw samples to obtain useful DNA profiles.
Clean room is the special designed control environment exclude the particles in the air, bacteria and other harmful air pollutants, and the indoor temperature, cleanliness, interior pressure, air velocity and air distribution, noise, vibration, and lighting, static control within the scope of a certain demand. No matter how the outside air conditions change, the indoor environment can maintain the original set requirements of cleanliness, temperature, humidity and pressure performance characteristic.
PCR Cleanroom Requirements:
• ISO 7/ ISO 8 cleanliness class.
• No air crossflow among different rooms, fresh air and air exhausted separately for each room.
• Uni-directional access route for work flow and person flow.
• Strict control on air pressure in 4 major rooms: Reagent Preparation Room, Sample Preparation Room, Amplification Room and Analysis Room.
Cleanroom HVAC designs involve knowledge of regulations, a general term for indoor environmental comfort, which creates cleaness level guidelines, airflow, room pressurization, indoor air quality (air change per hour, CFM, temperature control, humidity control etc). HVAC When it comes to cleanrooms, HVAC means a lot more than comfort. In addition to comfort, cleanroom HVACs differentiate themselves from conventional systems with their increased air supply, airflow patterns, use of high efficiency filters and room pressurization. Air exchanging rate with cleanroom is many times more than conventional spaces.
Airwoods HVAC Solution Feature:
• Customized to meet space restrictions, different engineering configurations, and air tunnel options.
• Total control on temperature, humidity, cleaness and air pressure etc.
• EU standard
Airwoods PCR Cleanroom Solution:
• Use high quality color coated steel panel and aluminum channels to build the partition wall and false ceiling. And use aluminum profiles to decorate the corners and edges, make it looks neat and easy for clean.
• Separate ducting installation to achieve 100% fresh air and 100% exhaust air system, no air cross contamination between different rooms.
• Set buffer area between every 2 major rooms. Install UV lamp in the buffer area for sterilization, and inter-locking system to maintain air pressure.
• Positive air pressure (5Pa to 10Pa) in Reagent Preparation Room and Sample Preparation Room to prevent contaminated air from flowing into the room. Negative air pressure (-10Pa to -5Pa) in Amplification Room and Analysis Room to prevent contaminated air from flowing out of the room.
Airwoods offers Full-Service Turnkey Cleanrooms including:
• Cleanroom Planning and Budgeting:
Your business is unique, which is why we take the time to understand your goals, project requirements, timeline, budget considerations and any key business processes before starting the design or construction of your cleanroom solution. We’ll also introduce you to your dedicated project manager who will tell you more about what to expect from us and how we can best partner to deliver the highest quality results.
• Cleanroom Design and Engineering:
After walking through the essentials, we’ll dive deeper into your cleanroom specs. Your dedicated project manager will work closely with you to capture your vision and ideas. He’ll then pair you with an experienced cleanroom designer who will transfer these concepts into a high-fidelity cleanroom design.
• Cleanroom Construction and Assembly:
As we go through the construction and build process, we’ll provide clear expectations on what to expect at every moment. We understand the importance of staying accountable to our commitments, and go out of our way to deliver on time and on budget. Beyond navigating and coordinating every facet of the build, we’ll also provide you with thorough look-ahead plans and regular check ins. This keeps you directly involved in the project, ensuring you're a part of all key decisions made along the way.
• Cleanroom Preventative Maintenance:
Our support doesn’t stop after the construction. We believe in continuing to partner with our customers long after we’ve delivered the final cleanroom solution. Flow Cleanrooms provides maintenance support as needed, and we’ll happily adapt and extend your cleanroom as the needs of your business evolve.
