LEED-INK silica gel is a liquid-forming silica gel which could be cured either under room temperature or through heating. It has features of excellent moisture&water proof, weather proof, ozone&radiation resistance. It could be long term used under -40℃-200℃, with good electrical property and chemical stability. Before vulcanization, it is colorless transparent liquid form and separately packaged with component A and component B. It is with low viscosity that easy of potting. After vulcanization, it is transparent viscoelastic body with low modulus, high elongation & adhesion, strong self-healing capability and tearing resistance.

Application of Insulation Silicone Gel
The silica gel is widely used in filling of electronics, electrical appliance, instruments and meters components, in order to achieve insulation, sealing, damping, moisture&shock proof purpose.
Usage
1) Component A and component B should use special tools separately. Do not use the tools in mixture.
2) Separately stir component A and component B fully and evenly before using.
3) Mix according to A:B=1:1, and stir it over 15min to ensure the mixing uniformity of component A and B.
4) After mixing, deaerate the paste in vacuum equipment with 10min before potting. To ensure the potting quality, it is recommended to deaerate again after potting.
5) Please finish 3) and 4) within operating time.
6) Curing could be done by 90℃/1.2h, or 24h in room temperature.

LEED-INK has been devoted us to development and manufacturing of electronic paste for more than 15 years.
We have more than 1000 square meters constant temperature and humidity clean production workshop with grade 100,000 degrees, and professional electrical testing laboratory. We have strict production environment monitoring system.
With more than 30 skilled workers, including 10 workers skilled in printing equipment and processing operation, which enables to meet the customized requirement from customers.
Our current electronic paste product capacity is 300 tons/month, and estimated capacity in this year is 350 tons/month.
Quality Control
LEED-INK won ISO9001 and ISO14001quality and environment system certification, and all our products are tested with 3 inspection steps
before delivery including self inspection, mutual inspection and special inspection. We have a sound production management, process management and quality assurance capabilities.
We have advanced test equipments such as paste printing machines, infrared drying furnace、DESPATCH firing furnace, and solar cell monomer tester, laser etching machine, laser particle size tester, tensile tester, etc.
Every batch of paste will be test before delivery by simulating customer’s application, to form the same quality test standard with customers.

For the delivery, we normally choose DHL as long term partner due to the fastest delivery and smooth custom clearance.

Q6. What’s your MOQ?
Mostly our MOQ is 1kg, while sometimes we accept less quantity like 200g on the condition that
a sample charge is 100% paid.
Q7. How about the delivery time?
Normally, for sample order, our delivery is within 5 days.
For mass production batch, our delivery is within 7 days. But that depends on the real condition
when we get your order.
Q8. Can I get a sample?
Yes, sample is available.
Q9. What payment terms is acceptable to you?
