Refractory fire mortar is a traditional refractory material, also known as joint sealant. Refractory mortar is usually used to build and bond the refractory bricks, and also used to repair of furnace lining, which is mainly used in glass furnace, hot blast furnace, coke oven, soaking furnace, heat exchanger, boiler and other industrial kilns. Its main component is refractory powder, binder and additive.
We can supply various types of refractory mortar, including clay refractory mortar, high alumina refractory mortar, silica refractory mortar, corundum refractory mortar, mullite refractory mortar and magnesian refractory mortar. These mortars have to match the corresponding bricks in chemical composition while using.
1. Good plasticity, easy mixing and construction.
2. High bond strength, strong resistance to corrosion.
3. Excellent high refractoriness performance.
4. Excellent heat stability and thermal shock resistance.
5. Good slag corrosion resistance.
6. Long service life.
